Just stair nosing range are constructed from Anodised Aluminium 10um 6063-T5 alloy, they vary in width from 30mm to 78mm and vinyl inserts come in 15mm and 30mm.
Aluminum alloy profile beautiful, generous, density 2.7t/ cubic and steel 7.85t/ cubic much lighter, but the bearing capacity is also very different:
1. The tensile strength of 6063-T5 aluminum alloy is greater than 160N/mm2, and that of Q235B steel is 375-460N/mm2
2, aluminum alloy elongation is greater than 9, steel elongation is greater than 26
3. The fatigue resistance of steel is far greater than that of aluminum alloy
